How do I add my first RTU?
Go to Properties, select your property, then click "Add RTU". Fill in the equipment details like brand, model, serial number, and install date. Don't forget to add warranty expiration dates!
Why am I not receiving warranty alerts?
Check that you've entered warranty expiration dates for your RTUs and that your email preferences are set to receive alerts. Alerts are sent 90 days before expiration by default.
Can I import my existing RTU data?
Yes! Go to the Import page and upload your Excel file. We support standard formats and can help you map your data correctly. The import typically processes within 24 hours.
How do I set up preventive maintenance schedules?
From an RTU detail page, click "PM Schedules" and create a new schedule. Set the frequency (quarterly, semi-annual, etc.) and we'll remind you when maintenance is due.
What file types can I upload for documents?
You can upload PDFs, images (JPG, PNG), and common document formats. We recommend PDFs for warranties and invoices, and photos for equipment nameplates and installation pics.
How do I generate reports for insurance or sales?
Go to Reports and select the type of report you need. You can generate equipment inventories, maintenance histories, and warranty status reports. All reports can be exported to PDF or Excel.
